We dropped in this code and now in this new version it’s not working:

    [toggle title_open="Course Description" title_closed="Course Description" hide="yes" border="no" style="default" excerpt_length="0" read_more_text="Read More" read_less_text="Read Less" include_excerpt_html="no"]

Prior to the live course, attendees will participate in a 2-hour online course covering the research and fundamentals of IASTM technique. The course includes watching 2 videos and taking a short quiz. Attendees must obtain a 75% or higher on the quiz in order to pass the online portion of the course.

This 8-hour course covers the basic skills necessary and to safely begin Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) techniques. In this introductory skills acquisition course, participants will receive hands-on instruction in the proper use of IASTM through a lab-focused teaching format. The course will address proper instrument selection to address body contours and reach target tissues. At the end of the course, attendees will take a 1-hour exam for a certification in Level I: IASTM Fundamentals. A passing score of 75% is required to pass the course. Participants may take the exam multiple times to obtain that score.

    Hi, Sean.

Thanks for that code snippet, but I didn’t see any Event data in there, and we don’t have any plugin with a toggle shortcode like you shared.

We also didn’t receive any System Information Report from you to know the details of your site so I’m wondering if maybe you intended to ask this question elsewhere, maybe to a different plugin or theme author?

    Please let us know.

    Thank you.

Our Lic Key: <removed by Cliff>

Those toggles used to work- We have a old site inchich the toggle function
works with the events old version. While our new stie has the latest events
    version.

    OLD Site Events Page:
    https://hawkgrips.com/tempWP/event/level-iastm-fundamentals-gilbert-az-march-11th-2017/

    New Site Events Page:
    https://hawkgrips.com/course/level-iastm-fundamentals-gilbert-az-march-11th-2017/

Both have the same exact code but the new don’t respond to the toggle
    code…

Please let me know if you are still confused.

    Bests –

    Thank you for clarifying.

Please do not post your license key publicly.

You purchased your PRO license Feb 26, 2017 (not long ago). Did the issue begin happening when you recently added PRO?

Does the toggle shortcode work elsewhere throughout your site (e.g. on other pages), just not single events?

Since this toggle shortcode isn’t ours, I’ll provide these general troubleshooting steps that may help:

Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins and your toggle shortcode in this case) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.

Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode — except for the one plugin that adds the toggle shortcode). That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.

You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)

Let us know what you find out.

    Thanks.

We’re just going to go with visual composer’s accordion. The previous
toggle functionality was from an old theme we’re no longer using. Thanks
    for your response!
