Time not showing in Details panel

    Hello!
    I’ve been using the Events Calendar Pro for a few months and it’s been working nicely. I just created a new reoccurring event and notice that the “Time” is not appearing in the Details panel. When I look at events that I created a month ago, the time appears for them, so not sure what the discrepancy is.

    I’m sorry to hear about this issue, @Karen!

    Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the admin edit-event screen for the event whose time does NOT display? You can do so by uploading the screenshot to Imgur.com, Flickr.com, CloudUp.com, or any similar image-hosting site; then just share the links to those images here and I’ll take a look.

    I’m curious how the event is configured and a screenshot of the admin configuration of that no-Time-display event will be useful.

    There’s nothing that appears problematic in your “system information,” and even your event’s date and time settings look valid.

    If you create a brand new recurring event, does it have the same issues as this broken one? Or does this broken event seem to be the only event behaving this way?

    If a new recurring event has the same issues, then unfortunately the best step I can recommend at this point would be to run through the complete set of troubleshooting steps here → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/

    After each step in that process, try creating a new test recurring event and see if it has the same issues….

    This process sounds tedious, but is fortunately much faster to work through than it sounds and is extremely valuable in terms of what information it might reveal.
