    Hello , i have a problem
    I make a purchase, i complete order (wordpress backoffice), but Dont send the ticket.
    What happened?
    (I look diferent folders, like spam)

    Hi Lolo,

    Thanks for getting in touch! I’m sorry to hear about this email issue.

    Do other emails from your website go out? For example if you create a new user or ask for a password reset? Or do you get the emails from the new orders being placed? That would be the first to check.

    Please also check what happens if you go to the Order page and in the ‘Order actions’ panel you choose to resend the ticket email. Does it go out then? (Here’s a screenshot.)

    If you will need further assistance with this, please share your system information with us as well.

    Hello, thank by your answer.
    Website dont send emails out (nothing)…. It look like a server problem.
    I m going to ask to hosting… 馃檨

    Hello, The web send email and ticket… but…
    Web send ticket only when “resend the ticket email”.
    Example:
    I buy ticket with transfer bank.
    After, I change status –> “status” Complet o finish (espa帽ol= Completado).
    I havent received ticket 馃檨
    Then, I choose “resend The ticket” and I receive the ticket (account test)

    Hi Lolo,

    Thanks for the detailed description of the issue.

    As a first I’d like to ask you to share your system information with us.

    Then please check your settings under Events > Settings > Tickets tab > WooCommerce Support section, what boxes are checked for you? (screenshot)

    Please also test if the same thing happens if you switch over to a default theme like twentyseventeen and deactivate all plugins, except TEC, ET, ET+ and WooCommerce.

    If you are afraid to do this kind of testing on your live site, then you can use the plugin Health Check which will allow you to do conflict testing without disrupting your live site.

    Let me know what you find.

    D茅jame ayudarte con este problema en espa帽ol para que te sea m谩s c贸modo.

    Gracias por enviar tu informaci贸n del sistema (He marcado tus respuestas como privadas como medida de seguridad ya que contiene informaci贸n personal). No veo nada extra帽o que pueda indicar un problema desde ah铆. Tampoco es un problema que no figure Cliente聽en el panel de emails de WooCommerce. Eso es as铆 por defecto.

    La direcci贸n de email que aparece en la informaci贸n del sistema es la de tu usuario. Puedes modificarla editando tu perfil desde el men煤 Usuarios. No deber铆a ser un factor en el env铆o de los tickets, ya que estos son enviados a la direcci贸n de email de los datos de facturaci贸n.

    驴Podr铆as activar聽WP_DEBUG聽y聽WP_DEBUG_LOG? Esto crea un archivo debug.log dentro de la carpeta /wp-content. Luego de esto, intenta reproducir el problema (realizando una compra de ticket), de manera que si hay un error va a ser registrado en el archivo debug.log. Por favor comparte este archivo con nosotros para ver si podemos detectar un problema.
