ParticipantOk. I need help.
I’ve installed, activated, and registered all plugins. I have the latest updates. I deleted former WooCommerce Tickets plugin. I can make an event, but cannot get an event to show tickets available, RSVP or WooCommerce for that matter. As per documentation on RSVP, I checked under ECP settings to make sure tickets appear on Pages, Events, Posts, and Pages. If it helps, I used to use the WooCommerce plugin before it was mothballed and had no issues.
Need a nudge.

MemberGood evening Thomas and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about your struggles getting tickets to display properly.
I would love to help you with this topic. As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Secondly, could you tell me if you went through the following procedure as you migrated from WooTickets to Event Tickets Plus : https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-to-event-tickets-plus/ ?
Finally, is it possible that there is a ticket start sale date on your tickets ?
If so, then the tickets actually will not display until that start date is reached. You can test that by removing the start sale date and seeing if the tickets show up.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

ParticipantFirstly, thank you.
- Sent system data
- Yes, I had followed directions for superseding WooCommerce Tickets plugin, thanks.
- Solution: Remove ticket start sale date on your ticket.
Removing ticket start resolved the issue, BUT, I experienced unexpected behavior in the process and had to delete and recreate the ticket in order to get the fields blank. Namely, I tried removing just the start date, but it would re-populate even after saving the Ticket and updating the Event. I tried various combinations, e.g. changed start date and end date: same behavior. I finally just deleted the ticket and this time entered the dates as desired and now it shows correctly.
Thank you for your timely answer and great suggestion to resolve quickly. If you need me to report other behaviors I’d be happy to help, otherwise this issue is resolved even if possibly glitchy.

MemberGood afternoon Thomas,
Thank you for writing back and for your great words.
I’m stoked that the ticket’s start sale date fixed the display issue.
But I’m definitely less stoked to hear about the fact that you were not able to simply remove the start date easily.
That being said, kudos for the workaround (even if less than ideal).I went ahead and tried to reproduce this on my install and unfortunately was not able to.
By the looks of it, it sounds like there might be a conflict with a customization, another plugin or with your theme at play.
If you are interested in looking into this further, the next step would be to go through our complete testing for conflicts procedure (preferably in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website) and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
If that is not something that you are interested in, I would also completely understand.
To answer your other question, you are always welcome back on our forums with anything you notice.
Ideally, the best thing to do is to open a separate support thread for each issue you encounter (to keep things nice and tidy).Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,
