Ticket not showing since the last update

    Hello,

    I have a problem, since the last update. On all my event where I did created ticket, they don’t show on my event. I am able to find them in the Dashboard (both in the event part and woocommerce), but no in the event for my customer.

    What should I do (exemple : http://yoroishibari.net/event/une-journee-pour-debutant-one-day-for-beginner-shibarikinbaku/)

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

    Do you have any custom coding to move the ticket box around?

    If so please remove that coding and see if that helps.

    If not please let me know all the ticket settings for a ticket that is not showing.

    Let me know and we can go from here.

    Modifier ticket

    Vendre en utilisant : WooCommerce
    Titre du ticket : Stage debutant
    Description du ticket : Pour un binome.
    Prix : 80
    Début de la vente : null
    Fin de la vente : null
    Stock: 10
    UGS: null

    I did not see anything that would cause the issue with those settings.

    Can you please follow our testing for conflicts guide:

    And see if that can narrow down the cause of this.

    Hello,

    the conflicts test result that there is no conflict !
    (With the classic theme and all plugin deactivated in all the network… Clean the cash too and try on different browser)

    Any other Idea ?

    Hi,

    I took another look at your site and see you are running WooCommerce Tickets 3.9.2.

    Please update using the Automatic Update System to 3.11 or follow this guide for manual updates.

    Let me know if the tickets show after updating.
