Ticket fieldset link does not work

    I can not open the link “Ticket fieldset” below the “Settings”. When clicking it, the message “You`ve not the rights to open this page” is shown. I did some troubleshooting with deactivating Plugins and Themes: same result. Anybody can help?

    Hi Thomas,

    That indeed is unfortunate, if you are an admin it shouldn’t be like that.

    In order to be able to help you, could you please provide your system information? Here’s how to do that.

    Also, can you confirm that you did the conflict testing based on our guide?

    I am sorry, but now the system works! I did not changed anything. It`s magic? Thanks for quickly answering and the awesome plugin.
