I opened a support query a few months ago here:
And was told by András that the QR scanning issue where the user is supposedly already checked in was a bug, and would be resolved in a future update.
I have updated all plugins today, and am still having this issue. We are looking to launch our site soon, and at present are unable to check people in via QR reader as we don’t know whether their tickets are valid or not. Please can someone help us shed some light on this?
(Our license for one plugin expires tomorrow, and I will be purchasing a new license when it does – hopefully this doesn’t affect the handling of this ticket!)

KeymasterJoe – It appears that all your licenses are good until September/October, so no worries on that front.
I looked into the bug tickets Andras opened a few months ago and unfortunately they haven’t received any attention yet. I’m escalating the priority on those and we’ll see if a fix can be coordinated soon.

KeymasterI did some testing this morning and I am not seeing the same problem as you have reported. I suspect there may be something odd occurring with the specific QR code reader you are using vs the one I am using.
How are you scanning the QR codes? I’ll see if I can reproduce using the same method as you.
