Hello!
After this discussion – https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/event-aggregator-vs-eventbrite-tickets/#post-1563985 – I realized that we purchased a wrong product. We don’t need Event Aggregator; we need Eventbrite Tickets.
Victor from Tech Support said you can switch the license if I post a new thread in this forum. Please, let me know if you need any additional information. I’m logged in on the account that needs the license switched over; domain name – https://beinfinitenow.com
Thank you!

Thanks for posting here as I asked 🙂
I have gone ahead and switched your Event Aggregator license to an Eventbrite Tickets license.
Please note that it is a different license key (ending in 7d7f), which you can get from your licenses page > https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/
Please try the license key on your site and let me know if it works for you.
Thanks,

I installed the new plugin, but I don’t see any changes. There is still no way to register for the events on the website, only a link that leads to the Eventbrite website (yet, in the same window!) Is there a setting that I overlooked? We really need to have that Register button on every event page.
Thank you,

Thanks for following up with this.
Have you configured your API connection with Eventbrite? You can find more about this in > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/configuring-eb-tickets/
When coming back, please share your latest system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/. We’ll see if there is anything strange that would indicate an error from there.
Let me know about it.
Thanks,

This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
