ParticipantHello,
I have a bug and I would like to have your help please.
I build a website with Woo Commerce and I added the Event Ticket Plus plug-in.
When I create a ticket for an event (in admin), everything is ok, I save the ticket, I update. But on the event page, I can’t see the ticket (it’s just written « Tickets », no button). If I go back in the admin; I can see in the edit of this ticket I’ve juste created, that the start sale date is not the good one. For example, today is november 26th, I’ve created an New Year event for December 31st, and in the admin the start sale date is 31-12-2017 ! If I just change it to november 26th, then update, everything is fine, I can see my ticket on the event. But why do I have to go back on the admin page and change this start sale date which has been modified, but not by me? Why do the start sale date has been changed by another date, and then I can’t see the ticket on the event page?November 28, 2017 at 1:03 pm #1394121Andras
KeymasterHello Benjamin,
Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!
I’m sorry to hear you are having issues with out plugin. Let me try to help you with that.
As a first I’d like to ask you to share your system information with me. That will give me an overview of your setup.
Please also make sure that you are using the latest versions of our plugins and go through our conflict testing guide. There might be a plugin which is causing this glitch.
To be absolutely clear on the situation I would like to ask some questions / details:
When you set up a ticket, do you enter any start / end selling dates, or you leave those fields empty?
After editing a ticket and click on the ‘Save ticket’ button, do you also hit the ‘Update’ button to update the event? (Not needed by the way.)
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
