ParticipantHello there,
I hope someone is able and would be willing to help me with this issue. I’ve set up a new website and use woocommerce event calendar and woocommerce tickets to sell tickets.
If I’m looked in as a user everything runs great and I can sell a ticket for any event. However, if I’m logged out (as a guest) I can not add a ticket to the shopping cart. Instead I receive the following message: “Sorry, this product cannot be purchased.”
I hope someone could please help me.
Thanks a lot in advance.November 2, 2015 at 2:16 pm #1020981George
ParticipantHey @Sylvie,
Is this for the same website in this other forum thread here? → http://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/sorry-this-product-cannot-be-purchased-3/
I’m sorry if it’s not! The descriptions of the issues sound the same, however, and both threads were posted at almost exactly the same time, so if they’re covering the same site then I will combine the threads for the sake of efficiency.
If not, I apologize for the assumptions there, and in which case can you start by sharing your site’s “System Information”? Here’s how to do that → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Thank you!

ParticipantHello George, just provided the information that you’ve requested. No, it’s a different website and I hope you’ll be able to help me. Thanks a lot. Sylvie

ParticipantHey @Sylvie,
I see that you have a WooCommerce Memberships plugin on your site; the user in the other related thread said this was the source of his problems, and I cannot recreate the error message you originally reported, so I’m curious – if you deactivate this Memberships plugin, and then try to recreate your issues, does anything improve?
If not, then I would recommend proceeding with all of the rest of the troubleshooting steps outlined here → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
Try recreating the issue after each step along the way.
Cheers!
