Solution needed for RSVPs but not required tickets

I am in need of a solution for this situation, so hopefully you can help me:

I designed a website for a professional group that holds monthly meetings. They would like an easy way for members to RSVP for the meeting, plus pay for the meal if they want. They can also pay at the meeting, so payment is not required upfront. Also, some members RSVP as a group, and their businesses pay for all their meals (example: 10 employees from Smith Firm are attending and need to pay for 10 meals – we would still like know each person attending’s name, though).

What do you suggest for this? Thank you!

Hi Angela.

Thanks for your detailed question.

I’d suggest using the free version of Event Tickets if everyone who does owe money pays in person. You’d just be using RSVPs.

If you want people to be able to pay online in advance, then you’d want to upgrade to Event Tickets Plus.

Another great reason to upgrade to ET+ is to have all the Attendee Information features.
