    I’m developing a website that sells tickets, and our customers can not understand a system if it’s not super simple and easy. We need to be able to access the ticket – as it arrives in the email – through the My Account page (the image of a ticket, with the date and etc). Is it possible to do that?

    I would love to help you with this topic.

    Basically, you have total control over when the tickets are sent.
    This is done using the settings under聽Events -> Settings -> Tickets (at the very bottom of the page).

    You can also add several other ways to access the ticket – making it easier for your customers:

    1. https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/add-event-and-attendee-information-to-woocommerce-order-details/
    2. https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/view-print-download-pdf-tickets/

    Hi!

    Thank you so much for the answer. I Tried adding the extension, but when
    I click in “view ticket” it redirects me to the home page, if the
    customer has already checked in). Is there a way to change that? Or the
    attendee can only see the ticket before checking in?

    Thank you for writing back.

    Could you specify which “view ticket” link you are clicking on ? Perhaps with a screenshot ?

    Normally, the attendee should be able to see their ticket all the time.
    Perhaps, this is related to your specific setup.

    Could you also tell me if you have any custom聽WordPress roles in place (for attendees for example) ?
