GuestHello :),
The thing I’m trying to do is the following:
Use The Events Calendar not for events but to show content that is published and scheduled on Social Media accounts from a third party dashboard. So I import the (events) content with a .csv file to WordPress. But every (event) has got it’s own project and user.
example:
– Project 01 has got 10 events/content items and belongs to user 01.
– Project 02 has got 5 events/content items and belongs to user 02.
– Project 03 has got 17 events/content items and belongs to user 03.So If user 01 is logged in and goes to their account or events page they will see the calendar month/list view and can only see the 10 events/content items that belongs to that user.
And the same thing for the other users, and they cannot see events/content items from other users.
I know I will need to customise it, but I am hoping that someone can point me to the right direction before I purchase the PRO version etc.
I already got the calendar with the imported events for one project. Just know need to assign these events to a specific user and put it on the Woo commerce my-account or a different page.
Will I need to work with the get current user id in WordPress or something? Or something else maybe?
Hope someone can help š
Kind regards,
Paul

MemberHi, Paul.Ā Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.
I’m not sure our products will fit your needs, as it’s a site-wide calendar, not user-specific or built to be a publishing engine.
Our plugin creates one master calendar, but you can create the appearance of multiple calendars by using Event Categories.
Examples:
- main/master calendar where all the site’s events appear:Ā http://wpshindig.com/events/
- WP Meetups category calendar:Ā http://wpshindig.com/events/category/wp-meetups/
- Learning category calendar:Ā http://wpshindig.com/events/category/learning/
There are additional methods and documentation at our Can You Have Multiple Calendars? KB article.
Note that this functionality is available in the free/core version of The Events Calendar. You would only need to buy one of our add-ons if you wanted those extra features (e.g. Map View from Events Calendar PRO).
Last but not least, we have Bundles and a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

GuestHi @cliff
Thank you for your help!
But also do you have any idea how I can get each category connected to a different user?
Donāt really know where to look for lol.
And is it possible to automatically import a csv file?
But also automatically change some values in the csv file? Because the file I get from a third party has got the date in y/m/d format (18/01/31) and there is now way they will change this generated date for me. And I tried changing the settings in the events calendar but nothing worked. And the date would not be reconized. So I changed it manually first.
Thanks again for your help!

MemberI believe you’re requesting the same thing as one of our existing feature requests:Ā https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/5967446-community-events-more-control-over-organizer-subm
Please do add your voteĀ there. This allows us to gaugeĀ interest in this particularĀ feature request, which helps us prioritize our development efforts.
We have a CSV import (free) but not a CSV export. Please referenceĀ https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/Ā — there is no way toĀ automatically import, such as a CSV from a specific URL at a time interval
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
