I have been using the events calendar for about 6 months, and just updated to pro. First off, the shortcodes are not working. Also, I want to restrict the calendar to paid members only, except for what is displayed on the home page. I do not have access to the mysite.com/events backend controlls, so this makes it difficult.Thanks,

To help you troubleshoot this further, there’s a bit of information that would be really helpful.
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?ย I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.ย Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard ยป Updates).ย
Also, please send along your System Info and a link to the exact pages where shortcodes are located but not currently working.
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.

Ok, I troubleshooted, got it to work on 2017 theme, reinstalled Did, it
worked, then activated the plugins one by one… it is the All in one SEO
pack that is interfering with the shortcode… I must keep using this
