ParticipantHello,
Is there some sort of documentation or video that explains how to step by step configure WooCommerce and pair it with Event Ticket Plus?
I installed WooCommerce and purchased Event Ticket Plus yesterday and it doesn’t seem to be working correctly. I’ve seen a screenshot that someone took and underneath the event it says “edit with WooCommerce” but I don’t see that on my end.
If I can’t get this plug-in to work for my site. How do I request for a refund?
Thanks

ParticipantSure thing @Patrick, thanks for reaching out and I’m sorry to hear about some of the frustrations with getting off the ground thus far.
First and foremost, check out our New User Primer for our ticketing plugins and ensure you’ve done everything mentioned in it → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-event-tickets/
Next, please note that yes, you can request a refund any time here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/
Finally—for now—if you go through the New User Primer and have further issues, and don’t want to jump to a refund just yet, then in your response can you please post your site’s complete, un-edited system information using the “Sharing information manually” steps outlined in this article: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ ?
Thanks!

ParticipantHello George,
Thanks for your quick reply. I had no idea that my question was answered so my apologies for the late reply.
Thank you for sending that information above. It was extremely help but I am having problems with WooCommerce and Paypal. (Separate issue) I was able to get both plug-ins to work but I might try Shopp, WP E-Commerce, and Easy Digital Downloads in the hopes that non of them are associated with PayPal.
Let me if I can work my magic and I will let you know if I was able to get my issue resolved.
Thanks again

ParticipantSounds good Patrick. Since the primary issue of this thread — getting our ticketing plugins activated and existent on your site — is resolved, I will close this thread.
But don’t worry! If any other issues arise at any time, please don’t hesitate to open a new thread! 😀
Best of luck with your project!
