ParticipantI’ve burned up a couple hours looking through resources and such now so I’m posting a thread.
I want to sell tickets through the Shopkeeper theme as native products, not a separate post type like Events Calendar. I want to preserve the functionality and styling of my Woocommerce-enabled theme.
What’s the route for configuration of this? Is this possible with Event Tickets Plus?

ParticipantAlso: The “Save this ticket” button is not working when I attempt to create a ticket on a product page. It goes to a loading spiral and then nothing happens.

ParticipantSorry to be so schizophrenic — The plugin I obtained isn’t doing all that I want it to do. Are we able to make your plugin work with WooCommerce natively as in the first message? I’m willing to give it a shot if we can make it work.
Thank you

MemberHi,
Tickets are created per event and they generate their own WooCommerce Product.
You can change the catalog settings so the ticket can show on the shop page.
However, there is no feature to blank create tickets as products they have to be tied to an event.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

ParticipantOkay. I think my issue might then be rooted in the error I stated above.
The “Save this ticket” button is not working when I attempt to create a ticket on a product page. It goes to a loading spiral and then nothing happens.
I have tried both Chrome and Safari. I’ve also tried disabling all but the core essential plugins as stated in other similar threads. Nothing works.

MemberHi,
That sounds like a javascript conflict.
What is in your browser console? When clicking on Save This Tickets
Also, in a private reply can you provide your system info per this guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Thanks
