ParticipantHi guys,
I’ve just bought a few days ago Events calendar Pro and I need your support.
I’m helping a school to create their calendar. This school has a lot of courses, most of them are recurring course, what I mean is:
every Monday, Wednesday we have course A
Tuesday and Friday course Band so on for all the year.
I hope you can understand I can’t have pages and pages and pages of recurring events, also because it will be pretty impossible for editors staff modify a single course.
So, I have already read that you suggest to add the https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-post-manager/ to help in filtering events within the dashboard. But it’s not working for us…
If there is no other solution, I’m sorry but I will ask a refund. Thanks in advance

ParticipantHi @Arianna,
Sorry to hear that our plugins aren’t being very helpful – can you clarify exactly how Advanced Post Manager is not working when you say “But it’s not working for us…”?
Also, in your reply can you include your System Information? Here’s how to do that → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Thank you!

ParticipantHi George,
thank you for your quick answer.
What I mean is that using APM may be is not the best solution for us, it’s like hiding an issue. If we would use this plugin, is it possible changing a recurring event (for us event = course all year long) without changing every single event manually?
And also I think this kind of filtering is not so easy to be used for a very big number of events.
Events calendar is a very good plugin, may be is not perfectly fitting our needs.
Any suggestion to solve our situation is appreciated

ParticipantHey Adrianna,
Thanks for elaborating on things. Yes, you can edit an entire series of recurring events if you use the “Edit All” link as shown in this screenshot → https://cloudup.com/coMm6grsjrW
If you would rather seek a refund for these items, I’m sorry that our plugins don’t meet your needs but we are happy to refund licenses if you use the steps here → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/
Thank you for your patience!
