I see the default conflict guide here, but this appears to be a file related to your paid plugin. We purchased this only for recurring events and that function isn’t currently working. Any ideas here on a fix?

Before we can say for certain the issue you’re experiencing is from a known bug, I’ll need you to review the Testing for conflicts guide. It is a required step to continue receiving troubleshooting and should always be done prior to opening new threads. Please include your System Information as a private reply.
