ParticipantI have looked at the posts in regards to using this slider with Events Calendar, and it was very helpful. What I need though is to go to the next step. I want to be able to select only the next event for a specific slide and not show the slide, if there is no event that matches the criteria. I understand that I need to do a JQuery, but I don’t know where to begin.
Also can’t figure out all the elements that I can use with the [tribe_events_inline]. is there a list of all the variables?
Thanks.

ParticipantI have discovered that when I create a multi-slide slider, using the shortcode example shown, it does not work as expected. The first slide shows with the correct data, but then it never moves to the next slide.
Am I missing something?
Thanks

MemberHi again, Atul.
Sorry this thread didn’t receive an answer until now, but we do not work the Help Desk during weekends, per our Scope of Support / Terms.
Our https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/integrating-events-calendar-slider-revolution-essential-grid/ article is provided to be helpful, of course, but we do not provide additional customization support, as mentioned in that article: https://cl.ly/2x2E113Y3I3u
For that shortcode, please refer to https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-single-events-tribe_event_inline-shortcode/
Finally, from experience I’d guess if a slider isn’t moving it’s either due to its settings or, more likely, due to a console error at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions (and the latest of your slider plugin), please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups as well as performing modifications first on a staging site before modifying anything on your live/production site.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply.
That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.
Please let me know how this goes for you.

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
