Then I submitted this one in July because I never heard back from you all:

And as such I am just now getting back to testing again (have had another baby).
I haven’t been able to use all the plugins I purchased from you a year ago.
My request is either for a complementary year-long extension of my current licenses (all of them) or a refund for the part of the year I was unable to get an answer from you all (6 months).
Please let me know what you can do for me. I have serious buyers’ remorse.
I am in the meanwhile trying to set up Community Tickets – split payments – and will hope that it works without me having to do the php call thing that the 2nd thread above recommends to test this.
