GuestHi, I’m looking to purchase The Events Calendar to do a WordPress site where users would be able to log in and create events. This is a site where there will also be a membership plugin in play and only certain users can make events. My question is, will each of the higher end users be able to see reports of who has signed up for their events and download student lists? It’s ok for me if they’re in the WordPress Dashboard to do this, just want to make sure each person will be able to find the event they listed and get their student lists.
Thanks!

MemberHi Mychelle,
Thanks for reaching out! It sounds like, in addition to our core calendar product, The Events Calendar, you’ll want to have a look at the following combination of plugins:
- Event Tickets – free; adds core ticketing support
- Event Tickets Plus – adds support for paid ticketing
- Community Events – adds support for user-submitted events
- Community Tickets – adds support for ticketing on user-submitted events
For your convenience, we do offer the above premium plugins (plus Filter Bar) in a discounted bundle:
https://theeventscalendar.com/bundles/bundle-community-manager/
With this combination of plugins, you’ll be able to set up your approved users for event creation and management, and you, as the administrator, will still have full back-end access for approving and administrating those events. Your event creators will be able to access their own events and attendee reports from the My Events page after logging in to their account. More information can be found on our Knowledgebase here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/tracking-sales-getting-paid/
Let me know if you should have any other questions after giving our documentation a look over! 🙂 Cheers, and thanks again for reaching out!

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
