Reopen a support ticket?

    Is there a way to have a ticket reopened that was closed? I was asked to set up a staging site in https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/image-uploads-inconsistently-working/ but I had other obligations until this week and now that it’s finally set up I went to provide login details and now I can’t continue the conversation because your system automatically closed it after 3 weeks of not replying.

    Thanks for coming back.

    Indeed, after 3 weeks of inactivity threads will automatically close. In such case you can always create a new topic referencing the previous one, just like you did here.

    Feel free to post in this thread about the staging site and I’d be happy to continue helping with the troubleshooting.

    Bear in mind, we can’t really accept login credentials as we state in our terms > https://theeventscalendar.com/terms/ but do let us know if you were able to reproduce the issue in your staging site under default conditions.

    Also, when coming back, please share with us your system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/. We’ll see if there is anything strange that would indicate an error from there.

    Additionally, were you able to reproduce the issue with a specific image? If so, please share one with us so we can run some tests with it.
