Registration Information and Ticket Purchase

I’m purchased Ticket Pro and already installed WooCommerce. How do I tie the registration information into the Ticket purchase? Right now they are set up as 2 different sections.

Am I just supposed to add attendee information for every ticket?

The normal process looks like what you can see here: http://wpshindig.com/event/events-tickets-demo/. Simply try adding a quantity of 1 to any ticket found on that page.

What I can see at http://hrvinc.staging.wpengine.com/event/sspc-c5-training/ looks far more customized.

As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

I am not sure how you added the registration information, but can you confirm you followed the procedure found in the links below ?
