Recurring Events Won't Show Individual Event Page

Hello,

I just upgraded to Events Calendar Pro because I wanted to use the recurring event feature. The first event I setup for every Saturday worked great. I then setup our 3rd Fridays event with a custom setting and our Thursday League (weekly like Saturday) and both of them don’t seem to have individual event pages. As soon as you click on one it brings up the “All 3rd Fridays” or “All Thursday Handicap” showing all of them. If you click read more…it just cycles and refreshes that page again. I can never get to the actual Event Page with venue & organizer info. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I’d be happy to help you out. Before I get to testing, can you confirm if the issue still arises when reverting back to the default WP theme and deactivating all plugins other than ours as outlined in the Testing for conflicts guide?

If the issue does still occur, reply back with the schedule of events you’re attempting to add and I’d be happy to investigate. Additionally, include your System Information as a private reply.
