Amazing Mixed Media Minds
ParticipantDear support,
We are having an issue on both dev and live environment concerning Recurring Events see all page.
For example on our dev environment with an event called “Terugkerend Evenement” (test event).
http://gc2.sitezone.nl/kalender/terugkerend-evenement/2016-10-21/The link (Bekijk allemaal) See All is http://gc2.sitezone.nl/kalender/terugkerend-evenement/all/ but keeps redirecting to http://gc2.sitezone.nl/kalender/terugkerend-evenement/2016-10-21/
Can you please advice on how to resolve this issue?
Kind regards,
Patrick Thomassen

MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
I see you have version 4.2.2.1 of PRO. The latest version is 4.3.1.1, which you can obtain from https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
Please update PRO to the latest version, re-save your Permalinks, and let me know if you’re still experiencing this.

ParticipantWe’ve updated both plugins as you suggested to v 4.3.1.1 but it sadly didn’t resolve the issue.
Can you please advice what other measures we can take to fix this?

MemberCould you please provide me the wp-admin editor view of this event — http://gc2.sitezone.nl/kalender/terugkerend-evenement/alle/ — so I can see its recurrence pattern?

MemberI tried to replicate this in my local testing site with French language and example.com/event/recurring-every-friday/tous/ works as expected.
Therefore, I’d suggest following our recommended troubleshooting steps:
Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
