ParticipantHey Josh,
I do not see the issue you have in #1 in your most recent reply:
1) Any recurring event created does not show the event time under “Event Details” for ALL first day events.
I will take another closer look at trying to recreate this and see what I can learn, but just in the meantime I wanted to get an answer out to you about your second question:
2) If we have multiple recurring events of the same event how do we display all those recurring events on one page?
At this time, there is the /all page for one recurring event’s series that will show all instances of that event. For any other method of displaying all events in a series, or of multiple series for different events and such, this would unfortunately require custom-coding a new page template or something to show those series.
I’m sorry to disappoint on that front!
I will now take a closer look at the issue in #1 and see what I find; at this time, I have so far been unable to recreate this issue.
Thank you for your patience,

ParticipantHello. I am having the exact same problem as Josh #1: 1) Any recurring event created does not show the event time under “Event Details” for ALL first day events.
For any single event, the time on the right side of the screen under “Details” never shows the time of the event. It just shows the word “Time:”. For recurring events, it has the same problem on the first occurrence of the event but all subsequent occurrences DO show the time under the details section on the right side.
Thanks!
You can see this on my site at http://fortlangleycommunity.com/event/family-day-at-the-fort/2016-02-06/
This link is the first of a recurring two day event. This one shows no time display. If you go to the 2nd occurrence of this event, the time displays properly.

ParticipantThank you both for your information here. I’m sorry for the delayed response over the weekend, and even here on Monday it is Martin Luther King Day here in the US, so I will unfortunately be mostly out-of-office today.
However, I have spun up an all-new testing site fresh to give this another go. It seems like there’s a bug here and I will try to recreate this now on my new testing site.
I will post update here based on my findings – stay tuned!
Thank you for your patience,

ParticipantHi George at MT Support. Just wondering if you had been able to make any progress on this. If you checked the link I sent you, you will see the problem still exists. Any update?
Thanks!

ParticipantHey George, apologies for the lack of update on this. This issue has been an odd one, in that we have tried making some improvements in recent updates, but even as recently as this week we have found more bugs affecting these features. So this is still a work in progress, unfortunately 🙁
I would recommend waiting for the 4.1 release of our plugins, which is coming in a short number of weeks. This release will hopefully address the number of these bugs. If it does not seem to fix things, then I would recommend opening a new thread here on the forums with your website’s system information so we can start a new investigation more specific to your own website. This article shows how to share your system information → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
After the 4.1 release we are switching to a new release cycle which will mean bug fixes are released on a faster timetable. Thank you for your patience with these issues!
