Hello this is to re-open the previous Topic
I see two issues.
1. In the mini calendar all events are linking to a single event.
For example: if you go forward to September 2017 there are entries on the 18th and 23rd. these link to the wrong event.
The events they should link to are in the text below the calendar.
2. The links to a specific date in a series event end up on the /all page.
Ie:
https://victoriasymphony.ca/concerts/ehnes-plays-britten/2017-09-30/
goes to
https://victoriasymphony.ca/concerts/ehnes-plays-britten/all/
Therefore a user can not get to the event listing for the first event in a series as it keeps going back to this /all page.
These events were created under Pro version 4.4.7 and TEC 4.5.1.
I have since updated to TEC 4.5.2.1

Please install the Rewrite Rules Inspector plugin (third-party, not guaranteed or supported by us) and send me a screenshot of its analysis of https://victoriasymphony.ca/concerts/ehnes-plays-britten/2017-09-30/
Please also send me a screenshot of this event series’ wp-admin Event edit screen, including the date(s) and full recurrence pattern details.
Thank you.

May 23, 2017 at 8:37 am #1287687CliffMemberThank you. I created a Once recurrence on a different day at a different time and even changed my Events slug from “events/event” to “concerts/concert” and have the same rewrite rules results as you do, but both of the instances in the recurrence series work just fine and do not redirect to /all.
Since this isn’t currently a known issue and I wasn’t able to replicate what you are experiencing, I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).
Then, please re-share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply. That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
