    I opened one related post with this topic. [1]. Could somebody give me a more detailed explanation of the following :

    “Although I am not familiar with this specific QR code app, in my experience, being logged-in on Safari is completely separate than being logged-in the QR code app’s web browser.

    In other words, I recommend trying to login the QR code app’s browser directly and seeing if that helps.”

    What is exactly “QR code app’s web browser”, is there any QR code scanner app which I can try and solve the following issue :

    “I scan the QR code (via mobile — QR Reader version 5.5.2 iPhone5 by TapMedia LTD) while being logged in WordPress (Safari Web Browser iPhone),the ticket is not checked in and generates a url by opening it in a new tab.”

    As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

    Secondly, can you make sure that you are logged-in to your WordPress website inside the App while using the QR scanner app? For example, if you are taken to the website within the app, go to the login screen and try to log in then re-scan the QR code. You should only have to log in one time but it is critical that you are logged in.

    I tested several QR code readers and some were easier than others, I suggest you try a few different ones to see if you can find one that works well for you.
