Price Filter showing the wrong range

I’ll open a new topic for this one. The price filter suddenly only shows a range from 0 to 16 Euros, but I have events which are 40 Euros and more. It’s the same when I use the checkbox option. Any help appreciated!

Hey Moritz,

Sorry about your troubles here. There are a few things I can think of that might help reveal the source of this problem – first, can ensure that you’ve update to latest version of The Events Calendar core plugin (3.9.2) and that all your add-ons like the Filter Bar and Community Events are up-to-date and have no custom code in them?

I tried recreating this issue on my site without luck, so I’m curious, can you then run through all of the steps outlined here and let us know what you find by doing them? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/

Hey George, thanks for your reply. The thing is: I already did the things you mention. Turned out I had a Theme conflict. A friend of mine with more expertise in coding managed to get the filter bar and the menu running. But today those two bugs I posted here turned up (the first hours after I published my site it all worked fine, no coding happened in between). So maybe the problem lies a bit deeper…

Thanks for your patience with this issue thus far – the behavior you describe, and how it has come and gone specifically, is indeed a bit odd, but I’m curious about the custom coding (and the code environment, in general) on your site.

One specific thing I’m wondering about is your comment here:

Do you know what your friend happened to do, in any detail?

I hate to ask you to do this, but…would you mind running through our full set of troubleshooting steps even now after your initial fix?
