    1) If someone buys multiple tickets, can they assign the tickets to different wordpress users, or have it create users. My issue right now with Woocommerce is that when someone buys 4 tickets for the conference, we have to then split them up into 4 users, creating the user accounts, etc.

It would be handy if when multiple are purchased, it would prompt for email addresses for the users, if the users exist in the system it would move one ticket over to that user (noting it was purchased by a parent account) and if it’s not in there, prompting for new user information to set it up.

Then each user would have an account with a ticket attached with it.

    2) The other thing we need to do with our convention pass purchasers is have them confirm their badge information before we export it to print badges. Having a system that you could send periodic emails to them UNTIL they go in and edit their badge info (usually First Name, Last Name, Company Name, City/State/Country details) or confirm that the badge info is correct.

With these two features or something that serves as them, I would instantly buy this plugin and move my current woocommerce items over to it.

Also, will this work with other Woocommerce plugins/addons such as Dynamic Pricing that allows a discount structure for purchasers of multiple passes, etc.

Hi Ryan, thanks for writing in and checking out Event Tickets Plus!

Great questions. Event Tickets Plus does indeed allow those who purchase multiple tickets to assign a name, email and custom registration information to each ticket. I do want to note, however, that purchasing a ticket does not create a WordPress user account for each ticket purchased, though the person who does purchase the tickets can edit the information for each ticket after purchase.

    2) The other thing we need to do with our convention pass purchasers is have them confirm their badge information before we export it to print badges.

Event Tickets Plus will not email attendees on your behalf, but you could certainly export the list of attendees from the plugin, import the email addresses into the email application of your choice, then contact all the attendees to remind them to confirm their information ahead of time. You can either include their information in the email you send using the data from the exported file, or instruct the purchaser of the tickets to check and edit their information directly on your site.

Also, will this work with other Woocommerce plugins/addons such as Dynamic Pricing that allows a discount structure for purchasers of multiple passes, etc.

I have not testing Event Tickets Plus with Dynamic Pricing personally, but I have seen reports here in the forums of folks who have both had success and not much success integrating the two. What I can say is that we have a full refund policy on all our products within 30 days of purchase, which should give you a good amount of time to make sure it works just right with your setup.

Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂

    Cheers!

Quick question. If I go with your software to manage things, how can I convert (or have help) converting standard woo-orders for MBLV21 Passes into this system? Can I edit the orders or can you bulk convert them for me?

A feature that you would consider adding?

Some sort of communication system with pass holders is very important for me, and possibly others.

Howdy Ryan! Thanks for following up.

I have not worked with MBLV21 personally but if you’re converting WooCommerce orders, then it’s likely that seeking support from WooCommerce is the best route since Event Tickets Plus merely registers tickets as a WooCommerce product once created.

A feature that you would consider adding?

We’re certainly up for considering any new ideas that customers (or in your case, potential customers) would find valuable! We have a feature request forum for such topics. I can say we are looking more into event promotion as a whole, but I do not have any specifics for what that entails–or whether this specific feature would be included in that.

    Cheers!
