    Hi @lamarginalrestaurant,

Sorry to hear about the trouble here with the plugin!

I see you used to have a premium license with us, but it expired early last year. Are you running a new version of The Events Calendar with an older version of Events Calendar PRO? If so, that can certainly lead to conflicts and you should make sure both plugins are running the same version (e.g. The Events Calendar 4.0.6 and Events Calendar PRO 4.0.6).

I hope this helps! If you’re still having troubles and need technical support, we’d be happy to help you here if you renew your license — or, alternatively, we do check the free support forum on WordPress.org weekly and would be happy to help you there.

    Thanks!
    Geoff

    Thanks for renewing!

A “Page Not Found” error can pop up for a number of reasons, most of which are solved by the steps outlined in this article:

    Fixing HTTP 404 errors

Will you please run through those and let me know if you notice a difference in giving them a try?

    Thanks!

every time i try to update the on the plugins get error as file is already there “The Events Calendar 4.0.6” but aparently is not updated..

the thing is that the plugin is not showing at all on the dashboard icons.. nothing.. any way I can send you a private email with the credentials so you can understand what I mean? or snd you the picutres of how it looks.. so you can understand that even the both folders are there are not visible on the wp. I have the feeling that the the event calendar is not updated but the pro it is.. so at that point what to do to download the oldver version?

Sure! You can share screenshots here in the thread — I prefer using CloudUp: https://cloudup.com/

Also, will you please head to Events > Settings > Help, copy the System Information at the bottom of the screen and paste it here as a private reply? That will allow me to check your settings in case there is something awry.

    Thanks!

there is no event on the system… 🙁 that is the point that gets me crazy very loud… 🙁
I dont have a way here in the reply to make it private!

I just moved this thread from Pre-Sales to Events Calendar PRO, so the private reply option should now be there.

If you are unable to access the System Information, then will you please do two things for me:

    • Follow the steps outlined here. It will help determine if there is a plugin or theme conflict at play.
    • Take a screenshot of your Plugins screen so I can see what’s installed.

    Thanks!

I’m looking at your system information and it does not appear that you have The Events Calendar installed. You do have Events Calendar PRO, but you do need both in order for the calendar to function. Please install this plugin and see if it makes a difference:

    The Events Calendar

    Thanks!
