Photo view is not displayed on Apple Tablets / Safari

Dear Support,

The Photo view is not displayed on Apple Tablets / Safari. I have tried on 3 different ones.
The page is just blank, with the menu on the Top.

Is there someting I can do ?

The good news is that I am able to get the Photo view to display properly under Safari and Apple tablets.
So this means that provided that we can find the cause of the issue in your specific situation, we should be able to fix it 🙂

As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your system information in a private reply ? (following the instructions found in the link)

Also, could you please send us the URL of the website where the photo view is not working properly ?

Hello Geoff!
Thank you for your reply, the page is the following http://yoga-en-provence.com/evenement/
It was my parents tablets I tried during my holidays .. I can’t tell you more than they have an old tablet (Mac) and a new one (Mac also).
But if you tell me there is no known bug concerning this issue, we will fix it I am sure !

To answer your question, there is no known bug for photo view under Safari.
This is why my I believe the first thing to do is to get a sense of your your system information in a private reply ? (following the instructions found in the link)

Once that’s done, I would also recommend to go through our testing for conflicts procedure (preferably in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website) and let us know what you find out.

Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
