    Hi,

    I just uploaded the new PDF tickets plugin that you sent an email about earlier today. I have installed and activated it, and completed a test order. However, no PDF was attached to the tickets email. Instead, it is as it was before.

    I can see the PDF tickets now on the attendees page, so I know the plugin is doing something. But would really like to send them automatically in emails if possible.

    What should I do to achieve this?

    Should I now reverse those? Will it work then?

    Hi Callum,

    I’m sorry the new version isn’t working for you! Can you try testing this in a default environment with just the events plugins and the PDF extension enabled (and a default theme like 2017) to see if it’s working there? If you don’t have a testing site, the freeĀ WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.

    Can you please share your system information with me as well?
