Organiser List is showing posts in the dropdown.

Hello, hope this isn’t a repeat question I have looked but can’t find out an answer for this issue.

When trying to create a new event the organisers list is not showing the list of organisers we already have. Instead it shows a list of posts & pages from the site. A logged in user doesn’t seem to have this issue. I’ve attached a screenshot of the issue we’re seeing.

Hi Pat.

I see you have the same name for a Venue and an Organizer. Is that correct?

Also, what post type is the “raised at a Frock Swap” post?

Please follow our recommended troubleshooting steps:

Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

• Downloads / Version Numbers
• TEC Automatic Updates
• or TEC Manual Updates
• WordPress core updates

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

If it doesn’t, please share your System Information. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.

Hello

Thank you for the response. It wasn’t showing post types it was showing a list of posts & pages on the site.

I’ve managed to get it working again by unchecking the Allow anonymous submissions option and saving, then rechecking this option again and now it’s showing the correct organisers list for both logged in users and non logged in users.

I’m glad you were able to discover and fix that.

I couldn’t recreate that specific issue on my local testing site.

Could you please share your System Information just for our records before we close out this thread?
