    since 2 days no more events are displayed. Java imports every 30 minutes, and according to the import, the transfer was successful, only a few will show a warning. But there are no events displayed since the day before yesterday. During the last successful import and the error, no changes were made on our part. Are you currently aware of a system error?

    I’m pretty disappointed with your support! The premium support promises an answer within 24 hours. Although there is a serious problem with your software, unfortunately I still have no news from you, even though the 24 hours are over!

    Since we offer only daily updated services your software is unfortunately completely useless for us.according to the current status.

    Thanks so much for reaching out!  First off, I’d like to apologize for the delay.  We aim to respond to all threads within 24-48 hours, except on weekends, which accounts for the delay.  Anyway, we appreciate your patience in this process.
