I’m getting this error, even though the Month and List view show events for the month. This happens when I select Day view and select a corresponding day. I’ve disabled all plugins, changed theme (originally Enfold) back to the WP default and still no go. Please advise…thank you.

Hi Joseph. Sorry you’re experiencing this.

There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

• Downloads / Version Numbers
• TEC Automatic Updates
• or TEC Manual Updates
• WordPress core updates

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (like you did before) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

If it doesn’t, please share your System Information and any links or screenshots (e.g. some events this is happening for) you think would help us understand what’s going on. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.

Let us know what you find out.

Cliff, thank you. I think I figured it out. The problem seems to be only on the events which were imported from Excel. Creating a new event doesn’t exhibit the problem, only the ones imported from Outlook. I reformatted the Excel and it works now. Thank You.
