    Hi,

    Is it correct that there is an new layout for the attendees list?
    Before you could export (copy/paste or email) the list with seperated rows for name, email,… Very user friendly to import in Excell.
    But starting from these week, the layout is different and is very difficult to export. Now they use 1 cell for the event name, name participant and email. Because of this, it’s a big job to seperate this content.
    How can we fix these problem?

    I would love to help you with this topic.

    As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your system information in a private reply ? (following the instructions found in the link).

    I just went ahead and tested the attendees list and it looks exactly like before to me. So I guess the next obvious step would be to ask you for a screenshot of the current layout you are seeing.

    Also, while you are at it, could you also please go through our testing for conflicts procedure (preferably in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website) and let us know what you find out ?

    Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.

    Good evening Robbie,

    Thank you for sharing all the information with me.

    I understand the risks and I would highly recommend setting up a testing/staging environment (even a local install could work).

    I the meantime, based on the information you have shared, I understand that the attendees reports you are using are based on WooCommerce Tickets orders.

    You might not know this, but WooCommerce Tickets is now deprecated and it has been replaced by the Events Tickets Plus premium add-on that works for all e-commerce platforms (including WooCommerce).

    We even have a tutorial to make the transition to the new plugin as painless as possible: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-to-event-tickets-plus/

    So in short, to solve the issue and have everything work properly with the latest version of our plugins and of WooCommerce, it looks like you are going to need to purchase a license for Events Tickets Plus

    I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.

    I am glad the advice proved to be helpful. Congratulations on fixing this.

    To hide the stock remaining, you could just add a simple CSS rule to your WordPress theme:

    .tribe-tickets-remaining {display:none}
