    After purchasing the Events Calendar PRO, how is it installed?
    Does this come as a plugin that our client will then have to download and send to us to upload?
    Will it install itself like normal plugins?
    Or is it simply a license key?

    Hi, Juggler Design. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.

    Whomever buys the item(s) will be the one to login to obtain the plugin install .zip file(s). Sometimes consultants prefer to buy it themselves, such as if you have 7 clients using Events Calendar PRO, you could buy the Agency level license (10 sites) and use the same license key across all your client sites. Other times, they prefer the client to buy their own so the client can login to our Help Desk and ask questions themselves.

    Last but not least, we have Bundles and a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

    Hello I wish to know if there is a possibility to purchase the community plugging for my site just once without the need to pay a monthly fee. Like selling a software license just a one time payment

    Hi, Angel. All our add-ons are a yearly recurring fee. The plugins won’t stop working (except Event Aggregator because it runs off our servers), but you won’t receive future security/bug/feature updates without a current license.
