But first I have a couple of questions / suggestions to find out what is the cause of this message:
- You mentioned that you deactivated WooCommerce as suggested in the instructions. I imagine you are referring to these instructions. Did you deactivate the WooCommerce plugin or the Woo tickets plugin ? If you deactivated the WooCommerce plugin, then please reactivate it, this should solve the issue.
- Could you please go through every step of our Testing for conflicts procedure ?
- Could you please send us your system information in a private reply ?
