MemberGood evening Peter and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the missing quantity buttons.
I would love to help you with this topic. That being said, I cannot see the tickets at all on the page in question. Did you remove the tickets by any chance ?
In any case, I am also noticing you are a couple of versions behind on both WordPress and WooCommerce, perhaps it would help to upgrade to the latest version (after a backup of course) ?
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberGood evening Peter,
Thank you for all the information and for the invitation to login.
As stated in one of the comments above, unfortunately, our policy does not allow us to log in to clients websites for several reasons, including liability.
Based on what I am seeing from your website, it looks like the issue is caused by a customization in your WordPress theme. More precisely, the customization in question needs updating to work properly with the latest version of our plugins.
If you look in your WordPress theme’s folder, you will notice that there is a /tribe-events/ folder. If you are unfamiliar with customizations you can:
- Take a look at our themer’s guide: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/ (this will give you an overall understanding)
- Contact the developper that did the customization for you OR the theme author to ask for an update
- Remove the single.php file (after a backup) from the /tribe-events/ folder – note that this will change the look of things, but it should work.
If none of the above work, then that means that there is a conflict with either your WordPress theme or another plugin.
In that case, could you also please go through our testing for conflicts procedure (preferably in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website) and let us know what you find out. Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
I appreciate your patience as we try to identify the cause as fast as we can.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberGood evening Peter,
Thank you for sharing all the requested information and for your invitation to log in. Unfortunately, our policy does not allow us to log in to clients websites for several reasons, including liability.
Before we continue on, although I absolutely understand you are in a tough spot, please note that reassigning this thread to a colleague will not speed up support.
If you haven’t done so, I would recommend reading our support policy: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/what-support-is-provided-for-license-holders/Please keep in mind that my goal is actually the same as your: solve your issue as quickly as possible.
With that in mind, thanks to your screenshots, I am pretty sure I know the cause of the issue you are dealing with.
The reason why the tickets are not showing up is because of their start sale dates. Simply put, the tickets will not display until that start sale date is reached.
This leaves you with 2 options:
- Remove the start sale dates all together for your tickets
- Change the start sale dates to today (or whatever other day you want the tickets to be available)
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,
