GuestHello,
I’m building a website and considering adding your awesome looking calendar to it to enable me to list multiple instances of the same events – the website is a theatre/arts website which need to have listings of live performances split by day. Playing around with the free version shows me that I can add a single event, but I can’t work out how to add a single event that repeats every evening for a week (like most amateur musical theatre shows do).
More importantly however is the ability to do this from a Social Event perspective – I want users to be able to submit their events to the site to be listed. Is this possible? Do you have any tutorials on how to do this?
I intend to purchase the pro version if it works for my needs, so appreciate your time responding 🙂

MemberHi Scott
It sounds like you’ve got a fun project in the works.
The Events Calendar Pro plugin does allow for recurring events. This would meet your needs for repeats.
To allow users to submit events, you’d want the Community Events plugin as well.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks,
Courtney 🙂March 14, 2017 at 7:26 am #1253784Scott
GuestThanks Courtney, could I check that the two work together? As in, could a community event submitted by a member of the public in turn have a repeatable function?

MemberHi Scott,
We don’t have a way for you to test this. However, I took a screenshot of my local install showing what the community submitted recurring event area would look like. Both plugins are designed to work together for this:

We do also have a 30 day refund policy in case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
Is there anything else you need help with?
Thanks,

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
