Multiple date options for a single event

Hi,

We have a project that we’d like to use this plugin for, but I would like to know if it is suitable. The website is selling tickets for recurring courses and I’d like to know if this plugin (or combination of plugins) supports this.

For example, say we have 5 courses that we repeat every 2 weeks. I would like to just have one product in WooCommerce and one course on the front-end of the site, but there would be an option field allowing the user to select the date (from a pre-defined list) they would like to book a place on.

Is this possible?

Hi Ian,

Thanks so much for your interest in our plugins! My suggested method for accomplishing this type of setup with just one product in WooCommerce would be to create a single WordPress post or page for your course, attach your single ticket to this event (after enabling tickets for the desired post type in your plugin settings), then create a drop-down selector for the user’s desired date using our Attendee Information feature. Note that custom fields added in this manner won’t change the actual type of the ticket, so all tickets will still come from the same pool of stock (if you’ve set a stock limit for your tickets), and you’ll need to manually track which users have registered for which specific dates. However, this method will almost certainly give you the purchase flow that you’re looking for here! 🙂
