MemberHi Zeno. Thanks for the link. Unfortunately, I don’t know which area of your site is “Footer Area 1”, and I didn’t see any of our widgets in your home page’s footer area.
Could you please provide some screenshots of when the widget is and is not appearing?
If it appears on your laptop’s browser, does it disappear if you make your laptop’s browser window narrower (about the size of a tablet or phone screen)?

ParticipantIn screenshot 1 I overlaid Footer Area 1 with an oval. That’s where the Events Calendar widget is.
It does not (!) disappear if I make my laptop’s browser window narrower. (Screenshot 2)
The iPad screenshot show that the Calendar is missing on the iPad.

ParticipantI now notice that the widget is displayed in Chrome on the computer but is not displayed in Safari, nor in Firefox, or Opera on the computer.
It is not displayed in Chrome on the iPad.

MemberDoes it possibly only display when you’re logged in? Because I don’t see it on Mac Chrome or Safari.
Do you have any “widget logic” type of plugin (allowing different widgets to show in different scenarios)? If yes, you might want to check those settings.

ParticipantYou’re right. It only displays when I am logged in, but no widget logic plugin on the site.
This is a new problem. The only change I may have made around the same time is starting use Gravity Forms, but not on this page.
Does the source code give any hints why the calendar does not load?

MemberI’m glad you were able to determine this.
Our plugins don’t have any code that displays widgets or related things differently when logged in vs not.
I’d suggest following our recommended troubleshooting steps:
Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
