ParticipantHello,
We are seeing a bug in our month view on mobile devices. When the calendar sizes down to the smaller view, there is no link out to a list of events for that day. Does this feature simply not exist for the scaled down view?
We tried testing the issue in a sandbox wordpress install that had no other plugins installed and was using Twenty Fourteen theme.
Thanks,

MemberGood evening Shay and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We will gladly try to answer you question. When the calendar sizes down to the smaller view, there is no link out to a list of events for that day. Does this feature simply not exist for the scaled down view?
Normally, there should be little dots that appear on each day where there is an event on the mobile version. Clicking on a day where there is a dot usually results in showing the list of events for that day.
If that is not the case, could you please, as a first troubleshooting step, provide us with your system information in a private reply ?
Also, if you don’t mind, I would like the URL of the problematic calendar to test it out 🙂
Have a good week-end,
Geoff B.

MemberGood evening Shay,
Thank you for sharing your system information with us.
After a quick look at the information you provided, it looks like there is some sort of conflict going on with your WordPress themes and plugins.
More specifically, among other things, JetPack is known to not play nicely with the calendar, but there can be other ones as well (redirection and custom JS plugin could be in cause).
Could you also please go through our testing for conflicts procedure (preferably in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website) and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
Finally, I would recommend upgrading to the latest version of the plugin if you can the Events Calendar 4.05
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!
