GuestAre all the ticket attendee info captured stored for editing by the user? I am just trying to figure out what page to link to for attendees that want to update their info…
…my assumption is that it’s the WooCommerce user since that is the ticket type I’m using.

MemberGood evening Jake and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your question. Are all the ticket attendee info captured stored for editing by the user?
To the best of my knowledge and as you can see, in the following link, the attendee info is linked to the order: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/collecting-attendee-information/
As such, it behaves just like any normal WooCommerce order, which means that the info gathered will not be editable by the user.
At least not built-in.But that sounds like a great idea. You are welcome to add it to the list of features found here: https://tribe.uservoice.com/search?filter=ideas&query=attendee%20information
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

GuestGeoff,
Can I turn this to a tiny bit of a support question. I have a non-profit that is up and running with ECP (everything). I have registered 2 other custom post types with the event. Sessions and Speakers. I see the tickets feature in both because I have them checked to add tickets. Ideally I’ll be adding Tickets and/or RSVP to the ‘Sessions’. So the event is a multi-day, mult-session event and I need to RSVP each session…
So that’s the baseline and it seems to be working, but when I click to save the tickets in the cpt’s in ECP they process but never get generated. All the meta fields are there, and I can add collect user info as well…
Any thought would be so appreciated!!!
Event where the ticket feature works: http://tetonbikefest.org/festival-event/test/Also in the ticket are there is this, but what is a series?
Currently, WooTickets will only show up on the frontend once per full event. For PRO users this means the same ticket will appear across all events in the series. Please configure your events accordingly.April 26, 2016 at 9:00 pm #1107520Geoff B.
MemberHey Jake,
Thank you for being so transparent about everything.
As you might know, the scope of our support, even when products are supported, is mostly to get our customers started on the right track and to help them in case of issues. We unfortunately do not provide complete support for customizations.
With that in mind, it does sound like you are already started on the right track 🙂
At this point, understanding that you are a non-profit and all, I’m afraid your only other option would be to hire one of our recommended customizers to complete the customization for you. Also in the ticket are there is this, but what is a series?
Good news, we have started working on that feature. Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But stay tuned!
However for now, you are right, there is only support for 1 ticket per recurring event series.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

GuestThat is what I needed to know, the series is in reference to re-ocurring events.
I’m sure that I can finish up the coding. The only piece I have to figure out is why the tickets aren’t saving. Everything is working and I’m not seeing obvious errors in debug logs. I’ll get there and thanks for the clarification!
The only other point that I’d like to add is I would have never gone to such a trouble to figure this out as a full paid plugin, it’s liberating that you offer the non-profit such an unbelievable option which has in turn allowed me to develop out my dream of sessions and speakers attached to the events.
Does you team ever want code back for review of such features?

MemberHey Jake,
Thank you for your awesome feedback and kudos on all your efforts.
As per your last point, we are always interested in our users sharing their code for everybody’s benefit.
This is how so many great snippets get shared around!Good luck with the rest of your code.
Best regards,
Geoff B.
