ParticipantHi Modern Tribe Team,
I running on the Events Calendar Pro, which is a perfect plugin definitely i love it !…. except when I have a big conflict’s plugins issue :
When I am editing an event’s page, if I want to change the main picture or even if I want to add a new picture from the text editor my wordpress galery media showed up all grey (like on the picture I sent you). Then I cannot select any pictures at this point the only choice I have is to load a new picture.
I did desactivation on all plugins, then I find out : the plugin which is in conflict with your plugin is Power Builder…
Could you please help me to find the way to keep the access to media’s galery from event’s pages, please ?
My web site is not public for now, so if you need any access, please just ask 🙂
Cheers

KeymasterHi Jordane,
Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry to hear The Events Calendar is conflicting with one of your plugins, but nice work finding the source of the issue!
While I’m not familiar with the Power Builder plugin, I did do some research and didn’t find any known issues with this plugin. We are a bit limited in the amount of support we can provide for plugin conflicts, but if you can provide me with a little bit more information, I’ll be happy to look into this a bit further and see what I can recommend!
First, can you please share your system information with me? If you can also check for errors by 1) right-clicking on the page when the gallery is grayed out, clicking “Inspect”, and then checking the console, and 2) trying to recreate the issue with WP_DEBUG enabled to see if any error messages appear.
Let me know what you find!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Jordane,
Thanks for sharing all of that information and for your patience while we looked into this! I ran this by one of our developers, and unfortunately there is not a whole lot we can do in this case. We looked over the information but did not see anything obvious that would be causing the issue you are describing.
If you are using the plugin on the events pages, I would recommend switching back to the default WordPress editor (if you can) and seeing if that makes a difference. We also have a list of recommended developers that you could contact to get a fix developed specifically for you.
I’m sorry I don’t have a better answer for you right now, but I think your best bet for a quick solution would be to work directly with a developer.
If you have any questions or need help with any other issues, please don’t hesitate to ask!
Thanks,
Jennifer
