ParticipantHello,
First of all thank you for your plugin and extensions, it’s really good job. I use to launch a website and is in the heart. I just put it online and I have some bugs to solve with you.
The first concerns here the map display.
The API key from Google Maps is ok, though, to display the map, it works for 0.5 seconds and then displays the error message I have set you an attachment.
I hope you can bring me a solution.
Thank you

ParticipantThank you for the kind words!
Can you please clarify what you mean when you say, “The API key from Google Maps is ok”?
1. Do you mean you have added an API key?
2. Have you followed the exact steps in this article? → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-your-google-maps-api-key/
Please make sure you set up your site exactly according to this article: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-your-google-maps-api-key/
Let us know if that helps!

ParticipantThank you for your reply.
I thought I already have done things well but if I have everything again from scratch according to your specifications.
I even removed all restrictions on the key to make sure it does not come from there. Here copies showing that JQMIGRATE was installed but after that it’s not good.
Perhaps is it not the fault of your plugin but I prefer to be certain me before looking elsewhere (I do not know where that matter).Thank you for your help.

ParticipantHey Sebastien,
Thanks for your followup here.
I am sorry to hear that issues persist.
I cannot recreate the problems on my own site.
So to help find out what the problems are, I would recommend that you do the steps this article tells you to do: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
☝️ What do you find after doing these steps?
Thanks!

ParticipantHi George,
My problem is solved! Thanks to you.
I carefully followed your link and realized that there was a conflict with me UberMenu plugin.I can now go quietly.
Sorry for not having thought of this before and have made you lose time.
Cheers!

ParticipantNo problem Sébastien! Glad to hear you found the problem.
Definitely report this conflict to the UberMenu folks—their plugin should not be breaking other JavaScript from other plugins….
Best of luck with your site! Open a new thread any time if other questions or issues arise.
Sincerely,
George -
