ParticipantWe actually purchased Events Tickets Plus & Events Calendar PRO, both were were never able to use because they broke the website.
So we have been using Events Calendar for the past year or so.
We need to add Membership to the website. So we purchased the WooCommerce Membership Plugin and we installed that plugin. During testing on the staging server, we realized that when a member is logged in, we get 500 Internal Errors all over the website. Especially when trying to access SHOP or even the REGISTER link, where we show Events from the Events Calendar. We need these 2 plugins to play nice together and we are realizing that there are issues with the Events Calendar Plugin.
So, I downloaded and updated to v4.4.5 and not only did this NOT fix the 500 Internal Error issue, but it broke 2 other things on the website.
1. on the REGISTER page you can no longer see the list of events and the prices.
2. We are using a plugin that adds customizeable fields to the Check out page, these fields are now no longer visible and stopped working. We have a staging environment setup here: https://fastrackriders.info
You can see the live site here, where we didn’t install the Membership plugin or upgrade the Events Calendar Plugin.
https://fastrackriders.infoYou can see that the info on the REGISTER pages are different.
I can also send you the login for one of the members so you can see the 500 Internal Error.
Can you please help us fix this issue with the plugin.
We would also LOVE to use our licenses for the PRO and PLUS products, but we never did implement because they broke the site as well.
Thanks for your help.

MemberHi. I’m very sorry to hear of all the difficulties you’ve had implementing our plugin and others (e.g. WooCommerce Memberships).
Unfortunately (but fortunately), these issues are not being experienced by everyone else.
I extended your PRO and ET+ licenses an additional 3 months.
Therefore, I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Note: I see you’re using our old WooCommerce Tickets plugin. You’ll need to use our new Event Tickets plugin and its paid add-on Event Tickets Plus. You can read more at Moving to Event Tickets Plus.
Please review these links and let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions (and no longer using WooTickets), please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode). That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
