lost/hidden checkboxes on frontend submissions

hey guys
just switched to a new theme – illdy.
the checkboxes and radio buttons have disappeared on the frontend submissions page. the correct text is there but no button. i have clicked around in case they became invisible. also ive tried the different stylesheet templates but no joy.

does there have to be a little overwrite of code perhaps? i don’t have this problem with my previous theme.
i still have the custom css plugin installed although not activated now with new theme from my previous help thread with geoff.

Welcome 🙂

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t really know where to begin here seeing I don’t have a copy of your theme. Have you tried contacting the theme author to see if they have any advice? Also, are you able to confirm it is the theme rather than another plugin? Our Testing for conflicts guide is useful narrowing down the source of conflict.

If you right-click your mouse and open ‘Inspect’ (see this YouTube Video) to see if you can identify any conflicts prohibiting your checkboxes from displaying properly?

That code doesn’t look like it would be the culprit. Unfortunately, there isn’t much I can do here seeing you’re experiencing a theme conflict which are outside the scope of what we can cover.
