    Hi
I am looking at purchasing wootickets for a client that has an existing store and the need to sell event tickets. I have set up Events Calendar to see how the events look but the events calendar page is not working. It says ‘no posts available for your search’. I noticed a post on another thread where this may have been linked to the theme the user was using. I am using Canvas which is a woothemes theme as it works really well with woocommerce. Is this a theme related issue? If you have a plugin that is compatible with woocommerce I was hoping it would be compatible with woocommerce preferred themes.
If it is not theme related any idea why the calendar page is not displaying. The events by category seems ok as is individual events. Appreciate your thoughts/help. Thanks

I notice the month calendar view works but only in the event default template which is full screen width and not really what I am wanting. The list view does not work using any template.

    Hi Karen,

Thanks for getting in touch. I know that The Events Calendar does have some conflict with Canvas, although we are working to improve this and a number of our customers have used it successfully. Are you comfortable doing a bit of customizing to make the two integrate? I found a solution to the same issue you’re having in this thread which can hopefully help. I recommend that you try that with The Events Calendar and if you can get it working, then you can consider WooTickets 🙂

Let me know if that doesn’t work or if I can do anything else for you here.

    Best,
    Leah

Thanks so much Leah – that has fixed it. Will start looking at Wootickets.

Still doesn’t work with my theme default page which has a sidebar. Only works using default template. Is there anything I can do to get the list to display using my theme default page with a sidebar? It just shows the text in a .entry class so I can’t even reformat using CSS.
